Brooklyn Earick Dismisses Tottenham Hotspur Buyout Proposal Post-Initial Contact

Innovative business leader the entrepreneur has rejected submitting an official acquisition offer for Spurs.
The club had previously “clearly turned down” an unofficial approach from a investment group headed by Brooklyn Earick last month and maintained the team was off the market.
However the nation's corporate governance laws required that, having had an expression of interest rejected, the group had to submit a bid by 24 October or state they would not do so.
Verification of the decision was provided in a statement made by Spurs to the stock exchange, stating the club is “no longer in an offer period.”
Earick posted an image of the announcement on social media, remarking: “It was a pleasure discussing with the club and the Lewis family's delegates over the past few months.
“I maintain great respect for the organization, its executives, and its followers, and desire continued achievements.”
Tottenham's directors thanked the syndicate for its “positive engagement” in talks and for “acknowledging the clear position” of the proprietors that the club is not for sale.
Earick is a one-time music presenter who also served in aerospace studies for NASA before founding his technology firm, which concentrates on innovation, entertainment, sport and recreation.
The informal offer was the third approach declined by the team's directors since the abrupt resignation of top executive Levy in September.
On 8 September, the organization turned down offers from ex-Newcastle investor Staveley's the investment firm and a consortium headed by Kennedy and Wing-Fai Ng through Firehawk Holdings Limited.
